POSSESSION: Date of closing.

FSA INFORMATION: All future FSA payments will follow the crops and will be paid pursuant to FSA regulations.

CRP INFORMATION: Buyer will receive the 2025 CRP payment which will accrue from 10/1/24 thru 9/30/25. There are 159.50 acres currently enrolled in the CRP program thru 9-30-2026 at $33.82 per acre for a total annual payment of $5,394.
